Job summary

BlueLinx Corporation is seeking a Production Operator to join our distribution center team. The role focuses on safe, efficient handling of building and industrial products, including forklift operation and daily paperwork for distribution and shipping.

Candidates should have five years of forklift/warehouse experience, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and the capacity to work in a team-oriented environment with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. Competitive benefits are included from day one.

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding English material.
• Basic arithmetic for distribution paperwork and inventory tasks.
• Five years of forklift/warehouse experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Safe work history and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Read and write English for paperwork and shipping.
• Perform forklift operations to load/unload and transport products.
• Inspect and maintain equipment daily.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts as requested.
