Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and leads production operations across all automation shifts to maintain inventory levels and maximize production efficiencies.
• Collaborates with site leadership and Home Office teams to develop weekly production plans that align with utilization goals and service level expectations.
• Drives strategies to ensure production quality by communicating issues and discrepancies to teams and leadership, reporting changes in schedules, forecasts, and inventory (for example, shortages, overages, expedites).
• Utilizes multiple software systems to manage and track inventory, cycle time, and pallets designated for delivery to stores and clubs.
• Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.
• Analyzes site performance and variances to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinates planned downtime windows with maintenance.
• Monitors and improves key performance indicators (KPIs) (for example, OEE, throughput, fault rates, cost per case).
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to resolve inventory issues.
• Drives the execution of multiple business and financial plans and projects.
