• 8 years’ experience in manufacturing, food processing, or dairy processing (preferred).
• SQF or other GFSI formats familiarity; CIP/COP sanitation equipment; SOP writing/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Translates customer requirements into daily and weekly production schedules; ensures materials are available for production lines.
• Supervises Production Supervisors; sets performance expectations and conducts evaluations.
• Coordinates maintenance work windows and planned downtime; minimizes disruption to output.
• Supports continuous improvement teams; identifies and prioritizes improvement opportunities and implements changes.
• Ensures safety and food safety compliance; maintains audit readiness; addresses gaps per policies.
