Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preparing and executing production activity.
• 3 years’ experience in a logistics supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• 3 years’ experience using computer applications (for example Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, Visio)

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and scheduling to meet demand and efficiency.
• Develop weekly and monthly production plans using forecasts and capacity.
• Monitor inventory, materials, and production performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Farm teams.
• Analyze forecasts and production data to identify risks and improve throughput.
• Communicate schedule changes and shortages to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, cycle time, and cost.
• Lead, coach, and develop associates with a focus on safety and accountability.
