Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Production - Manufacturing in Valdosta, GA. Responsible for translating customer requirements into production schedules and ensuring materials availability for on-time output.

The role leads Production Supervisors, coordinates maintenance windows, and drives continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment aligned with Walmart policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related area and 5 years' experience in progressive leadership roles in a manufacturing environment.
• 8 years' experience in manufacturing, food processing, or dairy processing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes production plans in partnership with the Director, Production by translating customer requirements into daily and weekly production schedules.
• Supervises and develops Production Supervisors by assigning duties and priorities and conducting performance evaluations.
• Coordinates planned downtime against the production schedule and minimizes disruption to output.
• Supports the Continuous Improvement team by identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities and implementing process changes on the line.
• Ensures safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance across production areas and maintains audit readiness.
