Job summary

The role blends hands-on manufacturing with cross-functional leadership in Planning, Purchasing, Stockroom, Test, Maintenance, Program Management and Finance, driving Lean/Six Sigma improvements to raise yields and reduce cycle times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on manufacturing/production supervision experience.
• Strong SMT, reflow, wave soldering and related process knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle or SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations across assigned areas, ensuring safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Establish and manage daily/weekly/monthly production build plans based on material availability.
• Oversee material flow and inventory levels, coordinating with Purchasing and Stockroom.
