Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering or management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of direct people management.
• Lean principles knowledge; belt certification a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership of diverse teams in a dynamic setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with data-driven problem solving.
• Experience with Manufacturing Operations and P&L oversight.
• Customer-facing experience and quality/audit background.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects such as customer transfers, including supply chain, qualification, testing, and scheduling.
• Address root causes affecting plant throughput and yield.
• Estimate industrialization costs for quoting complex jobs.
• Deploy and track new programs across North America with plant leadership.
• Drive and supervise operations to balance service, cost, and profitability.
• Oversee material flow, shipping, inventory, and production floor.
• Coordinate with finance on inventory carrying costs.
• Ensure material availability and timely reporting of results.
