Job summary

You will lead staffing, training, and performance management, plan schedules, and help control budgets and capital expenditures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in RF production manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with production planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and delegate work to group leaders to meet production schedules.
• Monitor output against schedule and adjust resources as necessary.
• Develop manpower forecast and schedules for assigned areas.
• Troubleshoot production problems including material, equipment, process, and customer specs.
• Coordinate with Quality, Process Engineering, Maintenance and other departments to identify problem areas.
