Job summary

You will drive lean initiatives, coordinate with plant leaders, and ensure alignment of inventory, throughput, and quality with customer requirements. Ten-plus years in regulated manufacturing and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in engineering or management within regulated manufacturing.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Lean principles knowledge; Green/Black belt a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership of diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations function from production planning to shipment.
• Address root causes affecting plants, including throughput and yield issues.
• Develop industrialization estimates for complex quotes and transfers.
• Drive and supervise programs with plant leadership across North America.
• Ensure material flow, inventory levels, and cost management align with business goals.
