Job summary

New York Embroidery Studio in Brooklyn is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple lines. You will coordinate with Sales, Quality, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery of diverse textile and PPE projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in textile manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in apparel, textile, or garment manufacturing, preferably in production management or coordination.
• Understanding of garment construction, manufacturing processes, patterns, and technical specs.
• Experience coordinating production schedules and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily and long-term production schedules based on priorities from management.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations across automated and manual lines and ensure proper materials and instructions are available.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Development, Quality, Supply Chain and Logistics to meet production deadlines and resolve issues.
