Job Title: Production Manager

Our client, a growing kids apparel company in New York, is seeking a Production Manager to join their team.

Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with international factories to ensure prompt delivery of raw materials, trims, and accessories.
• Monitor and report on production progress to relevant departments.
• Oversee production timelines and collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Manage and update work-in-progress reports.
• Monitor production and shipping timelines.
• Compile cost sheets and gather pricing information for managerial evaluation.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in production or related fields.
• Understanding of fabrics and apparel manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.
• Must be able to work full-time in the NYC office.
