American Regent is seeking a senior production leader to join our Manufacturing Team in sterile pharmaceutical production. The Associate Manager, Production will oversee aseptic processing, training, and compliance with cGMPs.

You will manage batch records, schedule production, mentor junior supervisors, and ensure equipment readiness. Strong knowledge of SOPs, documentation, and quality systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Sterile Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in GMP/FDA environment.
• Excellent ability to read SOPs and maintain batch records.

Responsabilités

• Supervises manufacturing activities across multiple products daily.
• Trains and mentors supervisors and staff.
• Reviews batch records and logs before final production review.
• Allocates personnel and creates weekly production schedules.
• Maintains equipment and inventory per production plans.
• Ensures use of approved materials and training records.
• Complies with SOPs and participates in trainings.
