American Regent, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing processes for sterile injectable products, ensuring aseptic conditions and compliance with cGMPs and SOPs.

You will train and mentor team members and coordinate with Production Management to maintain production schedules. The role involves reviewing batch records, allocating personnel, scheduling, and ensuring proper documentation.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, [Micro] Biology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience required; ability to lead, coach or mentor a team.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical industry, or with GMP/FDA regulations is a plus.
• Chemical handling, mathematical aptitude, ability to assemble, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Experience writing, reviewing, and executing standard operating procedures.
• Must read documents in Standard English (SOPs, maintenance schedules, operating manuals).

Responsabilidades

• Supervises manufacturing activities per operating procedures for multiple products; delegates resources and participates daily/weekly.
• Trains and mentors staff in all facets of the manufacturing process.
• Reviews executed batch records and logbooks prior to final production review.
• Reallocates personnel based on production needs.
• Creates weekly activity schedules to meet production requirements.
• Maintains equipment and supply inventories per production schedules.
• Ensures only approved materials and equipment are used.
• Verifies training records are accurate and approved.
• Uses approved documentation and procedures at all times.
• Attends all required training programs per SOPs and policies.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
