Job summary

American Regent, Inc. in California seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee aseptic manufacturing, provide training, and ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMPs. The role includes directing the manufacturing process, reviewing batch records, and mentoring junior team members.

You will manage weekly schedules, allocate personnel, and ensure only approved materials and procedures are used, while maintaining a safe, clean environment and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing is expected.
• Experience with GMP/FDA regulations is a plus.
• Ability to read SOPs and maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervises manufacturing activities for multiple products daily/weekly.
• Provides training and mentoring on the manufacturing process.
• Reviews batch records and logbooks before final production review.
• Allocates personnel based on production needs and maintains schedules.
• Ensures proper documentation and approved procedures are used.
