Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or production management experience in residential AV or related field.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects with strong organization.
• Experience coordinating with homeowners, builders, architects, and designers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production scheduling across multiple residential installation projects.
• Lead, coach, and hold technicians accountable for quality and productivity.
• Monitor daily progress through reports, photos, and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with builders, electricians, architects, interior designers, and trade partners.
