The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential AV/low voltage project management, strong communication skills, and willingness to work on active job sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or production management experience in residential AV, low voltage, smart home technology, or related industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a reputation for following through on commitments.
• Experience working with homeowners, builders, architects, interior designers, and other trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production scheduling across multiple residential installation projects.
• Lead, coach, and hold installation technicians accountable for quality, productivity, and performance.
• Monitor daily job progress through reporting, photos, and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with builders, electricians, architects, interior designers, and other trade partners.
• Serve as the primary point of communication for clients throughout each project's lifecycle.
