Job summary

HomePro, Inc. in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee day-to-day residential install operations. You will manage field technicians, streamline scheduling, oversee inventory, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring a top-tier homeowner experience.

You will work closely with sales/design teams, hire and develop technicians, and track KPIs to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in installation management, project coordination, or field service within residential AV/home automation.
• Strong understanding of home security systems and smart home platforms; proven experience leading field teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily install field operations for residential customers.
• Supervise technician scheduling and dispatch to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.
• Refine operational processes for efficient project execution and consistent results.
• Oversee inventory control and ordering of security panels, sensors, cameras, and AV gear.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated customer issues and ensure satisfaction post-installation.
