Job summary

Tower Laboratories is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations of all production suites and packaging lines. You will supervise and coach production staff, ensure safety, quality, and sanitation standards, and align production activities with Tower Laboratories’ objectives.

You will collaborate with maintenance, planners, and quality teams to optimize throughput, implement continuous improvements, and maintain discipline and accountability across the shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory/managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical.
• Strong regard for Quality and cGMP compliance.
• Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated communication skills to work effectively with all levels of plant personnel.
• Ability to delegate tasks, train others and promote team effectiveness.
• Self-starter with high level of motivation and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production suites and packaging lines.
• Direct, manage and coach production personnel; ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate with maintenance on preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Plan and schedule work to maximize productivity.
• Maintain sanitation standards throughout production areas.
• Review batch records and payroll-related activities.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities using data.
