Job summary

Sharp Packaging Services is seeking an Operations Manager to direct production departments and drive on‑time, quality packaging for pharmaceutical products. You will lead supervisors and operators, coordinate with maintenance and QA, and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.

You will establish production schedules, optimize staffing and resources, monitor performance, and implement improvements to yield, quality, and cost efficiency across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
• Minimum of five years in an FDA Medical/Pharmaceutical regulated industry or related training.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production department activities to meet quality, quantity, and ship-date targets.
• Schedule production and ensure documentation is approved and available to production and QA personnel.
• Manage staffing and resources to optimize productivity, quality, and costs.
• Review and improve production methods with other departments to enhance equipment performance.
• Monitor and evaluate production data to identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
