The Senior Production Manager will lead a high-volume, 24/7 operation, driving safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance while shaping the plant's strategic roadmap and leadership pipeline.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading large production organizations (100+ employees).
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and capital planning.
• Proven experience leading large-scale change management and transformation initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of Lean manufacturing and structured problem-solving.
• Working knowledge of automated manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Experience influencing cross-functional strategy without direct authority.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsabilidades

• Own manufacturing performance across multiple production departments to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Lead and develop Production Managers for effective strategy execution.
• Oversee long-range capacity planning and workforce scalability initiatives.
• Manage departmental budgets, cost structures, and financial metrics.
• Support capital investment planning and equipment strategy.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.
