Panasonic Energy in De Soto, Kansas, is seeking a Production Manager to lead multiple production lines in a high-volume, 24/7 environment. You will own safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance and drive standardized work and continuous improvement.
The role requires strong leadership, experience with ERP/MES systems, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners. This onsite position offers growth in an expanding battery manufacturing operation near Kansas City.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in high-volume, 24/7 environments.
- Strong data-driven decision making and financial acumen.
Responsabilidades
- Own manufacturing performance across assigned lines and safety/quality targets.
- Lead and develop Production Supervisors for daily execution of plans.
- Drive Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives across areas.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
