Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC) in New York City is seeking a full-time Production Manager to supervise and advance all technical productions across multiple spaces. You will plan, schedule, budget, and lead production staff, coordinating with departments and rental partners to deliver safe, high-quality programming.

The PM will manage labor, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects stay on budget while embracing PAC’s inclusive, anti-racist values.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of production experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing union personnel.
• Experience in NYC or with NYC institutions.
• Ability to develop operating paradigms, systems and procedures.
• Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills.
• Ability to read light plots and technical documents.

Responsabilités

• Lead, plan, develop and implement all aspects of the production process.
• Lead staff for programming and events to realize the creative vision on schedule and on budget.
• Collaborate with the Director of Production to assign production work and staffing.
• Assist in scheduling and logistics for PAC spaces.
• Develop production budgets and schedules for PAC-presented and produced performances, events and programs.
• Advance productions and review contracts to optimize labor and resources.
• Coordinate with rental organizations and their staff to support events.
• Oversee transportation/load-in logistics and travel to other venues when required.
• Collaborate with artistic teams and external artists to realize work in PAC spaces.
• Assist DoP in budgeting and reforecasting.
• Maintain standards and foster a safe, inclusive work environment.
• Represent PAC at conferences and events.
