Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience.
• 10 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with Maintenance & TPM implementation preferred.
• Experience with lighting fixture manufacturing or metal fabrication preferred.
• Ability to read basic drawings and BOMs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities, vision, and leadership for production.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting across departments.
• Recommend substitutions and alternate methods of manufacturing.
• Ensure cross-training and continuing education for key personnel.
• Maintain production performance records and respond to data requests.
• Approve timecards weekly for hourly and salaried staff.
• Maintain relationships with the union per the collective bargaining agreement.
• Assist Human Resources in resolving personnel issues.
