Job summary

Htprof is seeking a Production Manager to lead production and maintenance across two Wisconsin sites, overseeing roughly 100 staff. You will drive operational efficiency, ensure quality, and control costs while coordinating with senior leadership.

In this role, you will implement lean initiatives, manage production schedules, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. A strong communicator with 10+ years in manufacturing is preferred, with a BS in Operations Management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and 5S.
• Proficient with production scheduling systems (SYSPRO preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production and maintenance departments.
• Drive production performance while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Lead lean initiatives and cost-reduction efforts.
• Report to the president of the company.
