Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 1st shift (6:30am–2:30pm) to lead production, safety, quality and on-time delivery. You'll manage personnel, drive continuous improvement, and ensure OSHA compliance while coordinating with HR.

Preferred candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in management or related field, lean training, and familiarity with SAP/MS Office. High School diploma is required.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; supervisory experience in manufacturing.
Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment; strong employee relations.
Lean training or certification preferred to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead production operation, focusing on safety, productivity, quality and on-time delivery.
Manage personnel, conduct performance reviews, and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
Ensure shift readiness: attendance, presence in work areas, and alignment with scheduling priorities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost/quality balance.
Supervise training, procedures alignment, and JSA compliance.
Coordinate with Human Resources and operations for disciplinary actions and staffing decisions.
Maintain attendance records and production data in SAP; oversee inventory control.
