Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Several years of leadership experience in production management.
• Experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing.
• Experience in high-volume or technically complex production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and manufacturing standards.
• Manage resources, capacity planning, and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
• Drive productivity, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Maintenance, and Quality.
• Develop and monitor production budgets and control costs.
• Lead and develop production teams and supervisors.
