Job summary

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Finance, manage external partners, and lead training on new workflows while supporting innovation for sustainable mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in planning, implementation, and optimization of production and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing process improvement and operational excellence projects in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement measures to optimize manufacturing processes, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Define, evaluate, and budget planned production investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Establish performance indicators and monitor the effectiveness of process improvements and manufacturing optimization initiatives.
• Introduce and support synchronized manufacturing processes, driving balanced production flow and implementing pull-system principles.
• Identify waste throughout production processes and eliminate root causes of machine and process-related issues to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage external development partners and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with all departments across the production value chain, including Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Finance.
• Conduct and coordinate training programs on newly implemented workflows, processes, and continuous improvement methodologies within the Energy Team.
• Support innovation and contribute to shaping solutions of the future through advanced manufacturing concepts and technologies.
