CP Brands Group in New York is seeking a detail-oriented Production Manager to lead production across multiple factories and manage 10k SKUs annually. You will oversee a team in our NY office reporting to the VP of Production and Sourcing, coordinating with sales and design to meet delivery timelines.

The role requires 8+ years in production management, exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8 individuals – including Colorist Team, Technical Design Team, and Production Assistants.
• Oversee entire company’s production across multiple factories, including the management of 10k SKUs placed annually.
• Create and maintain production schedules to ensure all factories are on track for on-time delivery.
• Resolve production-related issues in a timely and professional manner – collaborate with sales and design teams when necessary.
• Proactively handle delivery extensions and shortages.
• Negotiate with factories to hit better pricing; work with director of sourcing to cross-source items and secure best prices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure audits are up to date, and when expired, are obtained timely.
• Understand cost implications with design changes and collaborate with creative teams to meet vision.
• Monitor production quality by partnering with QC team in China and manage issues across factories.
• Track and manage WIP reports from the factory.
