Job summary
La Ligne LLC in New York’s SoHo is seeking an experienced Production Lead to own production execution and the system of record. You will manage the Production Coordinator, partner with Product Development, Tech Design, Operations, and factories, and drive on-time in-warehouse delivery, cost management, and quality control.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in fashion/apparel production management.
- Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience owning an ERP or PLM as a system of record.
- Experience building/operating a quality control program.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a junior report.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own seasonal production WIPs and in-warehouse delivery planning.
- Ensure on-time delivery against launch calendar with cost control.
- Own ERP as the production system of record and data integrity.
- Manage production and inventory modules from inventory go-live.
- Own fabric inventory, allocation, and order visibility.
- Oversee quality control standards and vendor performance.
- Maintain capacity planning and second-source coverage.
- Lead season fitting schedule and PPS/TOP communications with teams.
- Provide weekly consolidated status reports to leadership.
- Oversee bulk fabrics/trims approvals and care-label compliance.
