Qualifications

• 7 or more years of experience managing a food production and packaging facility.
• ServSafe Certification and HACCP understanding is a plus.
• Intermediate mechanical understanding of food production & packaging equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large food production and packaging facility.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors.
• Maintain and strive to improve efficiency standards.
• Comply with SQF standards.
• Control food and labor cost.
