Job summary

Coastal Sunbelt Produce, LLC is seeking a Production Manager to oversee Production and Production Warehouse departments across multiple locations. You will manage budgets, drive production plans, and lead teams to achieve high productivity, quality, and safety standards.

The role requires 7+ years in food production/manufacturing, with 2+ years in leadership. Strong coaching, ERP/WMS proficiency, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Production and/or Manufacturing in a food environment, with at least 2 years leading a team
• HACCP and GMP certifications preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to coach, mentor and develop teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans to ensure orders are completed on time
• Determine headcount requirements and labor utilization to meet goals
• Schedule equipment and resources to support each production plan
• Track yield rates and ensure results meet goals
• Direct and monitor daily activities for Production and Production Warehouse
• Establish performance goals and provide feedback to teams
• Manage budgets and control expenses to meet targets
• Coordinate training, safety, and SOP adherence
• Oversee employee relations and performance evaluations
