Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a leading food manufacturing company in Bakersfield, California to hire an experienced Production Manager to oversee shift operations, lead a production team, and drive safety, quality, efficiency, and production performance.

You will lead and develop the team, ensure food safety and GMP compliance, monitor costs and downtime, troubleshoot machinery with Maintenance, and push continuous improvement on the production floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP or food safety regulations.
• Experience managing shift operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
