Warren Controls Corporation in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead CNC machining, assembly, and testing operations. You will drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost performance while developing front-line leaders and cross-functional partners.

Reporting to Operations leadership, you will optimize manufacturing flow, implement Lean improvements, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Finance to meet customer commitments and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Experience leading frontline supervisors and teams.
• Background in CNC machining and precision components.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Lean methods.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Operations across CNC machining, assembly, and testing.
• Develop and coach six Production Team Leaders.
• Drive on-time delivery and manufacturing cost performance.
• Balance labor, capacity, materials, and priorities.
• Improve productivity, throughput, and quality metrics.
• Lead Lean improvements, standard work, 5S, and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Finance to meet objectives.
• Promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
