Job summary

You will empower supervisors, coach teams, and implement process changes to reduce downtime, improve metrics, and control costs in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of concrete manufacturing processes and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience managing production teams, equipment, and performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production, maintenance, quality, and safety activities across plant operations.
• Partner with the plant manager to implement safety programs, training, and compliance initiatives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for production supervisors and employees.
• Establish production goals, monitor performance, and implement improvements to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and support preventive maintenance.
• Monitor labor utilization, overtime, and operating expenses to support efficient plant performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost control.
• Maintain high standards of workplace organization, housekeeping, and employee engagement.
