You will collaborate with maintenance and engineering on capital projects, deploy lean methods, and help stabilize and optimize processes.

Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
- Minimum of 5 years leading manufacturing process improvements.
- Experience with lean manufacturing/5S and productivity initiatives.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsabilidades
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
- Drive process improvements based on performance analysis.
- Provide technical support on plant equipment and safety.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering on capital projects.
