Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or related experience.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation on the forefront; shape culture, drive performance, and impact quality and efficiency.
• Lead a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work.
