Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Vacaville, CA, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while developing leaders and stabilizing processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes Lean principles, structured problem solving, and data‑driven decision making, partnering with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven record of improving KPIs such as OEE and on‑time delivery.
• Experience leading through growth, transformation, or turnaround.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all production operations to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Plan, schedule, and adjust daily/weekly production to meet demand.
• Drive continuous improvement and standard work across shifts.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to reduce downtime.
• Track KPIs: safety, quality, OEE, labor efficiency, scrap, downtime.
