Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Plant Manager II to oversee manufacturing sites, drive improvements, and align performance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will lead cross-functional strategies, manage change, and balance long-term vision with immediate action to deliver manufacturing excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, 3+ years in people management, and a proven lean toolkit.

Qualificações

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, or 10–12 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing (packaging, process engineering, warehousing and assembly).
• Minimum 3 years in a people management role.
• Proven track record applying lean tools and processes for sustained improvement (5S, 5Y, Fishbone, PDCA, Kaizen).
• Experience leading teams through formal management systems (Oracle, MES).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing supply chain functions (planning, logistics, quality, inventory).
• Requires minimal travel (10%).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and statistics preferred.

• Develop and execute site strategies for cost of goods sold and lean cost improvements.
• Oversee quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
