The Dixon Group is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and drive the Dixon Production System (DPS). You will develop schedules, assign work, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in manufacturing leadership and 10+ years in manufacturing, with strong planning and people-management skills. The role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a production, operations, or plant management environment.
• 10+ years of experience working in manufacturing and production.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and workforce management.
• Experience leading supervisors and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and DPS implementation.
• Develop production schedules, assign work, and ensure targets are met safely.
• Manage staffing, attendance, and workforce performance.
• Monitor production status, capacity, and order flow.
• Drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
