Zusammenfassung

The Dixon Group is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in Dallas, NC. You will turn production demand into scheduled work while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture (SQDCC).

You’ll collaborate with maintenance, engineering, supply chain, EHS and HR to meet goals and satisfy customers. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 5+ years of manufacturing leadership and 10+ years in manufacturing, with strong skills in planning,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 10+ years of manufacturing and production experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or similar operational systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily manufacturing floor operations and DPS execution.
• Develop production schedules, assign work, and meet production targets safely and efficiently.
• Manage staffing levels, labor allocation, attendance, and workforce performance.
• Maintain production boards and monitor status, capacity, and order flow.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS for smooth operations.
• Lead daily tier meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs including throughput, schedule adherence, labor efficiency, scrap rates, and safety.
• Support onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive problem-solving efforts and implement corrective actions to remove bottlenecks.
• Participate in recruiting, employee relations, and succession planning.
