Job summary

The Dixon Group in Winchester, VA is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, develop production schedules, and drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture (SQDCC). You will oversee planning, staffing, training, and continuous improvement with maintenance, engineering, supply chain, and HR partners.

Required: Bachelor's degree preferred in Manufacturing/Engineering/Operations Management or related field; 5+ years of manufacturing leadership and 10+ years in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
5+ years of manufacturing leadership and 10+ years in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing floor operations and DPS implementation.
Develop production schedules and oversee staffing and training.
Monitor throughput, schedule adherence, labor efficiency, and safety.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, supply chain, and HR.
