Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Supervisory leader for 2nd/3rd shift to drive safety, quality, and performance on the production line. You will lead a team of ~30, hire and onboard team members, coach performance, and partner with on-site and corporate functions to align with Nestlé standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years in food manufacturing, with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business Management, Food Science, or Organizational Leadership/Supervision.
Work extended days and/or weekends with flexibility to switch shifts as required.
2+ years in food manufacturing with production floor experience preferred but not required.
Experience in food processing, packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and knowledge of GMP’s.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Continuous Improvement environment (Lean manufacturing or TPM preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead a team of approximately 30 employees to deliver on the production plan.
Ensure safety, training, and SOP compliance across the team.
Maintain GMPs, sanitation, and product quality objectives; participate in root-cause analysis.
Coach and develop staff using NCE approach and regular performance reviews.
Coordinate maintenance and manufacturing instructions to maximize efficiency.
