Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. is seeking a Production Manager for its on-site Memphis, TN facility. You will lead a high-performing manufacturing team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a food ingredients operation.

You will drive cost performance, productivity, and employee development while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet site objectives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience in regulated environments.
6+ years of leadership experience managing production teams.
Strong knowledge of food safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
Proven success with Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, service, and cost objectives.
Coach and develop supervisors and frontline teams; drive accountability and succession planning.
Oversee safety, food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance; lead incident investigations as needed.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive Lean initiatives, optimize productivity, and manage budgets.
