Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in quality control, quality assurance, or laboratory management in food, beverage, or chemical manufacturing.
• Experience with SQF audits and certification processes.
• Strong knowledge of GMP methods and laboratory quality control practices.
• Proven RCA leadership and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QC laboratory operations, staffing, and resources.
• Establish, implement, and improve quality systems, policies, and procedures.
• Define sampling plans, testing methods, and lab protocols for materials and finished products.
• Direct QC testing, ensure accurate data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Ensure GMP compliance and regulatory readiness across lab and production support.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to uphold quality standards.
• Lead RCA investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Oversee food safety programs, including environmental monitoring and inspections.
• Lead customer, internal, and regulatory audits and prepare for inspections.
