IFF in Memphis, TN seeks a Production Manager to lead a high-performing manufacturing team onsite. You will drive safety, quality, service, and cost performance while embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The role requires strategic direction, strong leadership of supervisors and frontline staff, and development of future leaders within a collaborative site leadership framework.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience, preferably in regulated environments.
• At least 6 years of leadership experience managing production teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP, PSM, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven success leading Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, RCA, or similar CI initiatives.
• Experience managing operational budgets and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, packaging, quality, service, and cost objectives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and frontline teams to strengthen capabilities and engagement.
• Enforce safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all operational decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and other stakeholders to meet site objectives.
