Qualifications

• 7+ years in equipment maintenance in high-volume manufacturing with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience coordinating with Production, Engineering and Quality; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team across shifts with safety and quality at the forefront.
• Plan labor coverage, monitor overtime, and manage workload across production areas.
• Direct maintenance execution, prioritize by risk, and ensure timely return to service.
• Improve reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance and root-cause analysis.
• Own safety, quality, compliance; manage CMMS, budget, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate across functions and communicate equipment status and recovery plans.
