Astemo Ltd. seeks an experienced supervisor to lead production operations in a high-speed manufacturing environment in Tarboro, NC.

The role requires directing cross-functional teams, ensuring KPI achievement, and driving continuous improvement across assembly lines. The ideal candidate has an associate degree with several years of production leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; preferred candidates hold a 4-year degree and Six Sigma, plus familiarity with SAP

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 5 years experience leading production operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a cross functional team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of an organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed and task-oriented.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Meeting KPI targets.
• Reporting through the use of Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Presenting results and countermeasures.
• Leading cross functional teams in weekly meetings.
• Budgeting.
• Meeting customer expectations.
• Lead continuous improvement activities on Assembly Production lines.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis for Quality and Efficiency Issues.
• Support materials team by oversight of 2nd shift Receiving, warehouse and Shipping functions.
