Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Experience leading manufacturing improvement and troubleshooting initiatives in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, and KPI metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead production engineering to meet safety, quality, productivity, and performance targets.
• Analyze processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize flow.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and sustain process improvements to improve throughput and reduce downtime.
• Support equipment installations, validation, and new line launches.
• Create and maintain manufacturing standards, work instructions, and specs.
• Monitor OEE, cycle time, downtime, scrap, and productivity metrics.
• Evaluate equipment and automation for reliability and efficiency.
• Lead capital projects and automation initiatives from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5S initiatives.
• Mentor Production Engineers and technicians.
