Job summary

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of manufacturing management experience is required, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to take decisive action in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan short and long-term objectives for the Production department.
• Provide capacity and labor planning for all manufacturing areas.
• Coordinate continuous improvement teams to boost productivity, quality, and safety.
• Lead corrective actions and ensure root-cause analysis is implemented.
• Deliver monthly continuous improvement training for supervisory staff.
• Coach team members and handle conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental goals.
• Monitor policies and safety rules across the department.
• Oversee discipline per company policies and conduct annual evaluations.
• Initiate reporting systems to track department performance.
• Minimize overtime and maintain headcount per business plan.
