Job summary

National Presort, LP in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Production Control Coordinator to support planning and scheduling of work orders in alignment with the production schedule. You will help maintain accurate production and inventory data and coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory and Manufacturing to ensure smooth workflow.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing (planning/production control/expediting), ERP experience (SYSPRO preferred), and strong MS Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in a manufacturing environment (planning, production control, or expediting).
• ERP experience, SYSPRO preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain manufacturing work orders in accordance with the production schedule.
• Provide inventory status and availability information to support sales and production requirements.
• Process ECNs and update affected work orders accordingly.
• Assist with daily production meetings and provide status updates as needed.
• Perform general clerical and data entry tasks related to Production Control activities.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate and timely records within the ERP system.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Control Manager.
